Under the title “The DIGILAB at the Harburg Media Center – Pedagogy Meets Space for Education in the Context of Digitalization,” the Hohenloher Academy hosted a specialist conference on November 26 at the Media Center of the District of Harburg, located at Hittfeld High School.

Experts from education, architecture, school administration, and media education discussed how learning spaces need to be designed in order to meaningfully support both pedagogical development and digital requirements.

Representing Trapez Architektur, Katharina Knoppe spoke about Phase Zero as a collaborative development process – about the interdisciplinary creation of spatial guiding principles, the mindful handling of existing structures, and the question of how schools can gradually evolve to accommodate new forms of learning and teaching.
