Control Center Rooms – The Potential Between Concrete and AI
Presentation by Trapez at the "Modern Control Center Concepts" Symposium in Frankfurt
Our colleagues Johannes Holz and Jeremy Fields gave a presentation on the design of control centers at the "Modern Control Center Concepts" symposium organized by breidenbach + frost in Frankfurt.
Under the title “Control Center Spaces – The Potential Between Concrete and AI,” the talk explored the specific demands of this building typology. Control centers are highly complex work environments in which architecture, technology, and work organization must interact seamlessly- with people at the center.
The presentation focused on needs assessment as the basis for planning, the interaction between people and technology, and the spatial criteria for high-performance control centers operating 24/7.
Following the lecture, Jeremy Fields answered a few questions about modern control center planning. The interview is available on LinkedIn. Our thanks to breidenbach + frost for the invitation and the in-depth professional discussion.
